  • Unique to the Platinum plan, a dedicated coach to guide you on your journey. Keeping a close eye on your progress, prompting you when needed and making sure the plan is suitable for you.

  • Before starting on a new training plan, it’s important to get to know you, your lifestyle, your goals and what drives you. A successful plan is based on the individual and not “copy / paste”. While your coach is always on hand, a monthly catch up with a video chat ensures we’re all heading in the right direction.

  • An annual training plan (ATP) is an often overlooked yet important part of any training plan. With the initial consultation, we plan for all your events or fitness goals over the next 12 months. This enables you to keep track of your progression over time, and your coach to ensure you are building steadily and managing fatigue.

  • Your training plan is planned for a whole month, but with “Platinum”, your plan is reviewed weekly and tweaks may be made to your week ahead in order to ensure a steady progression.

  • Biomechanical analysis is an important tool in becoming a better, more efficient athlete. Either in person or through video sent by you, your running technique is analysed and an appropriate strength plan put in place to correct any potential issues.

  • In order to maintain a high level of service to Team AYU athletes, only a limited number of Platinum members can be taken on at any time.

  • Once on a plan, you will have FREE access to videos and strength training workouts for every aspect of your training.
